He can't do anything BUT wait.
If he wants to uplist now he needs to sign on some independent, qualified directors. and if he's determined to uplist to NASDAQ he also needs to find a way to move the share price to $4.

I'm not included in "we", but I think that it was a mistake not to have paid the fee. Of course it's hard to quantify in dollar terms what may have been lost by not doing so, but avoiding the PINK banner and associated stigma apparently wasn't worth $7,500 to him and he's got the checkbook. Unless OTCMarkets is the forgiving type, I believe that has now risen to $10,000.
