Let's start with the yahoo poster calling Solar3D a "shell" company.
From Investopedia:
DEFINITION OF 'SHELL CORPORATION'
A corporation without active business operations or significant assets
Solar3D has active business operations to the tune of $14 million in revenue from solar system installations and sales so far in 2014. So we know it's not a shell company.
This yahoo poster says SLTD is similar to PLPL and TRTC. SLTD will produce over $20 million revenue for 2014. PLPL is a joke with very little revenue, TRTC will produce maybe $5 million revenue for 2014 although their revenue dropped 70% from Q2 to Q3 so who knows if they'll even have that. SLTD's revenue growth is much more stable.
This guy is calling SLTD a scam penny stock, but scam penny stocks are shell companies with no real product and no revenue. SLTD will have over $20 million revenue this year and possibly upwards of $100 million in 2015. The poster on yahoo is being disingenuous or has mental issues.
