What about the premium for organic meat? If Aussie meat is not organic (most likely not) they cannot sell it together with SJAP meat. That raises the issue of limiting the amount of Aussie meat they can process at the abattoir since priority should be given to their own organic meat from cattle raised by the coop farmers and internally. For example if next year SJAP and the coop can sell 20,000 cattle heads to the abattoir which can only process 20,000 heads, this means they cannot accept any non-organic Aussie meat right?
