Loaded up Monday anticipating bottom at 4's ... Stacked up mils of 4's.

INS promo comped 45 gs 10 days ago ... that in itself says something is up ... followed up DD and saw indicators and chart set for a Good Chance (regardless of anyone else not bother'n w/ charts) ... and not concerned at the moment with the bad trading pattern over the past few months.

For what its worth, 'Ps and Ds' Site shows 12 Promos for WTCG.
'Lists 'Book $ Value' per share at .007 ... while most others on their Ps and Ds List, about 90% or so, List Ticker Shares in the Red ... and most others not Red still much below .007.

Taking time for upside to get more momo, yet has begun some since mid week and picking up some, ain't no telling how far upside might go, yet more positive developments could be on the way ... so still Holding stacks for now.
