HERE IS THE ANSWER FROM BACK IN 2013. The LUBBOCK Angels hired Motta to represent them as a group under the name of PEMCO. Since then more shares were added. Likely from JB and/or the DOC.

BTW, also..on 27march, 2013 a statement of ownership was filed.

In the name of a GROUP represented by PEMCO LLC. Filed by a PENNSLYVANIA LAWYER, one Joseph Motta.

Although insofar as can be determined there are no shortage of lawyers in LUBBOCK, TX. A bit of smoke in there!!

So who is in that GROUP??

It is very obvious. That same LUBBOCK bunch that signed into the FAKE ONCOLOGY DISTRIBUTERSHIP. (From which Thomas Payne withdrew).

They pooled their shares, totaling 6, 813, 397...

A pretty good sized voting bloc.. So who honchos that group??

Maybe somebody on the BOD???

Or maybe RS?? Or is it a democracy, requiring a vote??
