I will agree that APT has made MANY mistakes...and I fear will continue to do so BUT APT CANNOT be held liable for comments made on any message board, to imply otherwise is a red herring.

Did I make a mistake in buying MTVX? Time will tell. Do I continue to be displeased with management? Emphatically YES!!! BUT I WAS NOT forced to buy this stock!
