Ruth made a business decision based on her continued involvement with the company. She didn't do anything you or I would not have done in the same situation. ITEN issues stem from the indictment of Ira. His activities are such that nobody seems able to stay involved with this company as there are too many negative issues surrounding the continued operation of this company.
