the only 1 on that list fully completed is the delaware registration which took maybe 1 day to complete, I can incorporate and register in Delaware online in less than 1 hour. Share buyback? Who knows what's up with that, the authorized per Angel's recent disclosure remains at 30 Billion. (How many months (hours) does it take to do a share buyback?)
