BONDING OR A BANK LOAN financing requires some level of confidence that the borrower (Moon River) can actually pay the loans back.

With Moon River's finacials and debt burden already taxing their ability to stay operational and the company having no source of revenue, it is no wonder the company wazrns investors that they may have to curtail operations.
