There are SO MANY wannabe LP's out there who are starting to realize health canada will not be granting them a license. they will sell the site/application to scams like FITX for pennies.

This is why they will do the Spin off.. more shares to sell into the new facillity hype. there cant be very many more FITX shares they can sell....
