I learned my lesson and will never defend their actions. That being said, I do not think they have done anything that will lead to any SEC actions. At this point they claim there are no plans for R/S and even if they do so and I believe they will in the future, I am betting they will wait the appropriate amount of time between debt conversion and the R/S as to not cross the line.

As for those that are invested here. SOS still shows 750,000,000 A/S. Maybe they throw you an early XMas party and let the O/S Max, creating a great opportunity for those that want to exit a chance to get out, many with decent profits before they raise the A/S and allow the conversions to re-start?
