scenario: market the hell out of it only to have Wall St get hit with constant selling by DMRJ, and thus an early reputation of a 'no-mover' stock. Perhaps the thinking is -- "let's take care of the financial issue first and THEN market the hell out of it -- where nothing will hold it back and Wall Street loves us".
