Doesn’t it make sense for us to use taxpayer’s money to determine whether we can use these new raw materials to make something out of nothing so that we can continue the advance of ethanol, so the market for ethanol expands throughout the United States?” The President noted the expansion of the industry outside of the corn belt, including states such as California and Hawaii.
