As my friend AGY80 has mentioned the farmer would never put himself at risk to growing all 3000 acres. The reality is hemp is a great rotation crop (takes much less water than corn or wheat and help replenish nutrients in the soil), being able to plant more acres than last year would be a great achievement in itself.
