renz ..

so not my area of expertise beyond the *obvious* that >> legit buying pressure
on PTOI (stock) results in *volume* and reg sho %s ever harder to mask
which is why imo either *outcome* now in play re: P2O
will trigger threshold (uplisting or buyout)

i know from personal experience courtesy of an IPO (disruptive tech)
acq'd by that sector's leader

that all of IPO shares were converted into sector leader's stock
based on agreed upon price tag

so if X pubco buyer offers a price tag for P2O (folks can pick a no.
that one is comfortable with) and then divide that by overall shares
issued/outstanding and then totals held individually

say price tag agreed upon is $250M and using 120M I/O (i always round up)
PPS comes to 2.08 per share .. so if one holds 100,000 *markers*
those markers will be worth $208,333

the problem the PROs have with 5 years *aggregate* abusive shorts in play
is very simple .. with that 8K filed by mgmt >> PTOI's stock goes immediately
to that price tag agreed to (ie that would be LEGIT buying pressure)

it's no secret that imo PROs are UPSIDE DOWN on PTOI's *float*

fyi
in my case (IPO) .. there was a premium paid due to the disruptive nature
of the tech being acq'd

and that time line from IPO to acquisition ran approx 6 months
and all insiders stock was locked (couldn't be sold)

imo the next KEY en route out of P2O's mgmt specific to *intent*
re: P2O's future .. pertains to whether an indy BoD is seated
upon the first prox sale 8k'd out of mgmt

i have zero doubts we see first prox sale 8k'd by RH in 2014

hopefully others will chime in re: possible buyout discussion
(private vs pubco)

imo it's 50/50 right now as to what of those 2 outcomes (uplisting/buyout) ensues ..

either outcome creates MASSIVE >> PROBs for the PROs

and why i've posted for over a year now .. i'm waiting to see how the
*stock* gets *handled* with a sequence of material events filed by mgmt
that can't be misinterpreted by anyone
