Actually the reason its on the radar is because of the amount of toxic notes disclosed in the 10Q.

The current AS is deficient in the number of available shares to cover the outstanding debt.

The other reason it is now on the radar is because of the recent rate of dilution here at False Promise Foods and that last KQ generated P&D regarding the licensing.
