I believe it is your interpretation which is bizarre. The meeting is suppossed to occur before Thanksgiving Day, assuming all the significant pieces can be put into place (Guest, The guest's expert...) . Thanksgiving Day doesn't happen until next Thursday here in the United States of America. Are you in another country? Of course you're right that the details may have changed, but to "guess" that nothing has happened before it is supposed to is like saying the sun can't rise tomorrow because it's midnight. I don't follow your logic. Could you please expound further on your reasoning.
