So it's a mess, but one thing is clear- someone traded a bunch of .0003s today.

For months now selling has been going on like clock work. Just thumb back through the hundreds of posts, but thus only defines half the story.

There is also "CONFIRMED" EOY tax selling (a.k.a., wash trades, courtesy of at least two investors taking "words of wisdom" from a prominent investors advice column - but don't just take my word for it, you can check various investor boards, starting here at I-Hub, among one other to see who has indicated they have been p*sking their shares into the wind. I would post the links but as a competitor it surely would get deleted as in many times past, but I digressed).

The company has also clearly indicated it is conducting a "buyback," or a.k.a. repurchase of shares.

And since we are on the topic of shares. There's some positives I would like to point out in the financials. The Balance Sheet is being cleaned up. More Cash is on Hand. There's more Revenue. More Cash and Cash Equivalent. Total Shares Issued as of September 30, 2014 has been reduced to: 28,060,999,468.

Not perfect, but MUCH-improved and goes along well with the other positives of late:

#2. 14 Press Releases since March, 12 PR’s since May.
#3. Genius Bio Tech Corp (GBTC) now registered in Delaware.
#4. Shares bought back last month, more planned.
#5. New Website: http://geniusbiotech.com/ in draft mode warming up.
#6. BG Med Tech is now current and registered in NV.
#7. RightSmile is now current (taxes paid) in Wyoming.
#8. http://budgenius.com

Especially, headed toward the Name/ticker change.

So tread lightly and don't believe EVERYTHING you hear
without first conducting a little un-one-sided DD.
