excellent DD !!! superb news for me

i have 2 choices when investing into this stock then

I can WAIT until they receive the state license FIRST - and then INVEST after they announced that they already achieved the STATE license

or


I CAN INVEST now, and own the stock, before they ANNOUNCE receiving the state license

thank you for clarifying, because I want to take on the EXTRA RISK and INVEST BEFORE they get the state license because I feel that I will have a chance for a higher rate of return on my investment if I am in position BEFORE the announcement (and of course, if it ever comes at all)

but im willing to take that risk too, that is just me, perhaps others , not so much
