Chaffee County-MJ-grow-license-has-NOT-been-FINALIZED….it-is-CONTINGENT-upon-State-approval.

so INCC was flashing around license application documents before they were even submitted…….very unprofessional and misleading

after rereading the INCC PR's and the Chaffee County commissioner meeting minutes,, the licenses are not FINALIZED…………INCC has never said that Mehos has a County license, it has always referred to the County "granting" the license "upon" State approval

not sure what the hang up is, BUT THE FACT REMAINS is that INCC has led most of the shareholders to believe that the County license is finished……….ITS NOT……..

County will be approved AFTER MEHOS GETS STATE APPROVAL, thats the wording………

experience also says that the approval is based on the GROW building being built to meet the ZONING codes, which means that ONLY until AFTER the building is completed and meets the CODES, will it be approved……………...……..APPROVAL MAY NEVER HAPPEN
