I'm coming to the board for info. It's almost impossible to find info on penny stocks. I don't know it all. I'm just questioning red flags. Is that not what we are supposed to do. Do you know how many people get burnt by penny stocks every year? You are a fool if you don't ask questions and work collectively as a group to figure out what a penny stock you are invested in is doing. So that's why I'm asking questions here. I have been in since July. Watched it at .7 and jumped in when it hit .10. I was scared back then and I'm scared now. I didn't post or question during that time because I didn't see much to question. Now when the CEO starts selling again after we hit an all time high, I get nervous. Am I not supposed to care about my money? Am I just supposed to go with the flow because the stock has been going up the past year? Was the stock not .25 cents a couple years ago before getting slammed? Why can't that happen now? Because they have aquisitions? I've been burnt by penny stocks before. So I question everything when it comes to penny stocks. They lie like crazy. It's the Wild West. Which is why most people won't touch them. For the last 3 months I have looked at this stock as a gem. I waited for that 3rd qt earnings report and expected to be at .40 pps by now. Guess what, the earnings report didn't come close to expectations. The entire run up on md was washed away by the earnings report. The CEO talks about 100 million revenue for next year and we lose almost 40% of the gains. Then you find out the insiders are selling their shares AGAIN. Then the volume totally dries up to almost nothing. Now the stock is battling at the 50 day moving avg and you question why I'm nervous. These insiders dump any more shares with this kind of volume and we are going lower. You guys act like the amount of insider trades is nothing, but when the total volume on a day is 1.3 million, it's scary to have a CEO dumping millions of shares.
