Fred- sure, that would work. Its a big package and drops interest to manageable levels while keeping dilution to a minimum and allows breathing room for IMSC to ramp up development. In one swipe of the pen, it would solve everything.

I think we all know that dmrj will bleed this dry without a care in the world so something has to be done to extract them from the situation because right now, they are not a helper.
