Using a technology of gasification of solid biomass to create syngas. Syngas can be used to make fuels and a host of other hydrocarbons. However gasification can also be used to create Syngas for making anhydrous ammonium nitrate/ urea ammonium nitrate (fertlizerpellets) through catalytic conversion. Basically takes biomass, heats it up to just prior to burning which releases the syngas then uses a catalytic conversion process (lie your cars exhaust) to create fertilizer pellets.

Typically nowadays coke, coal and natural gas is used as the feedstock to UAN catalytic process. Bionitrogen takes all the biomass from constructions sites, woody pulp from plants or landclearing biomass converts it Syngas and uses that as its source for UAN. I read the process for the heat required is self sustaining once the process starts. So.... take BIO waste, make Syngas, make UAN, serve the fertilizer market.
