100,000 shares is extremely small and they are getting $1.10 for them... hardly a discount.

IR is part of doing business. I don't see a problem with it.

I'm not thrilled with how the stock has done. Their execution has been less then stellar but I was on it early and pulled a lot of profit off the table recently.

Consider that there's a lot of news still to come and also there should be earnings this quarter.
