Lightbridge is in Canada because of B&W

Seth brought it up in the conference call. They basically settled on manufacturing the partial length test rods and doing the testing in Canada, foregoing that process in the U.S and instead continuing on to building of a pilot scale facility to demonstrate the manufacturing of full length rods that will be used in during the Lead Test Assembly testing in a U.S. commercial reactor (to be identified in early 2016).

He also mentioned a recently acquired U.S. export agreement for the technology to Canada.

Another mention of the political benefit to doing the work outside of Russia. :)
