HOW_MUCH_MONEY does JCDS make? .HERE is an Example...below...


The information that follows WAS on the "old" JCDS Website approximately
THREE YEARS AGO. So, PERHAPS it can be taken with "...a grain of salt."
Anyhow...and still...we can make SOMETHING indicative, reasonable,
and rational of it (while if anything, being fairly CAUTIOUS).

As part-and-parcel of the Online presentation of the benefits and
cost savings of using JCDS's Payment Manager, THIS highly-fascinating
data and information was presented within a Table.

I noted the data as it was AT THE TIME and "filed it" in my voluminous
JCDS DD information archive (okay My Documents), but did not fully
Copy/Paste it as I SHOULD have. (YEEPS!)

I NEARLY FORGOT ABOUT IT until today when I had a "EUREKA!" moment.

Please bear with me, and follow along CLOSELY!


--- A JCDS Business Client currently uses Payment Manager.

--- That Business has 1,500 monthly checks to send via snail-mail OR electronically.

--- 300 of those checks must be snail-mailed for assorted technical reasons.

--- 1,200 of those checks can be Electronically Mailed (EFT'ed).

--- Payment Manager proposes to "do" the 1,200 monthly checks at a
monthly cost to the Client-Business of $0.49 EACH, for a monthly
total of $588.00 (PAID to JCDS) -- a monthly saving of $3,034.00
compared-with the previous $3,622.00 per month.

--- Payment Manager proposes to "do" the 300 monthly checks that
must be sent MANUALLY at a monthly cost to the Client-Business
of $3.22 EACH, for a monthly total of $966.00 (PAID to JCDS) -- a monthly
saving of $242.00 compared-with the previous $1,208.00 per month.


--- OLD WAY for the JCDS Company-Client BEFORE Payment Manager WAS
a total of $4,830 per month for ALL 1,500 checks.

--- NEW WAY for Company-Client USING Payment Manager IS
a total of $1,554.00 per month for ALL 1,500 checks.


--- TOTAL COMBINED MONTHLY SAVINGS = $3,276.00.

--- TOTAL COMBINED ANNUAL SAVINGS = $39,312.00.


--- OLD WAY of $4,830 per month X 12 Months = $57,960.00.

--- NEW WAY, using Payment Manager, of $1,554.00 per month X 12 Months = $18,648.00.


--- OLD ANNUAL METHOD $57,960.00 MINUS NEW ANNUAL METHOD $18,648 =
ANNUAL SAVINGS of $39,312.00.


TOTAL PAID TO JCDS MONTHLY ($966.00 for snail-mail Checks
PLUS $588.00 for Electronic Checks) = $1,554.00.


There it is, Friends. There we have it, and can now SEE IT for ourselves.

AGAIN, this WAS a FORMER, PREVIOUS incarnation of JCDS's Payment Manager
as it would be THEORETICALLY USED at an equally theoretical Client-Company.


What to MAKE of it?

Strictly IMO, I make QUITE A BIT OUT OF IT! I think it is a HUGE,
enormous "Selling Point" for JCDS's Payment Manager.

IN ADDITION, this provides us Shareholders with AT LEAST a shred of
insight as-to just HOW MUCH MONTHLY/QUARTERLY REVENUE JCDS is making.
