I think the reason for not publishing the 10Q as of yet could be for the following reason:

They will let the cat out of the bag that ARIO controls CG*W which will anger and frustrate a whole bunch of investors in CG*W. Delmar might find himself where he looses value on CG*W as a result even though gaining on ARIO, he will be leaving bad taste in many CG*W investors mouths.
