There is no way anyone could know when a pr or blog is coming out.
Not soon, not today, not next week, not anytime.
The CEO said he would inform when any progress was made for the milestone on building the petrozene machines.
Nothing has been mentioned from the company for almost a year.
So no one can say soon and be accurate or truthful.
