Two separate entities doing the same thing? Dawson James and Dinosaur... Not likely. They have different objectives, IMO. One is to fund the INDs, hence the larger amount (15 mil ), the trigger restrictions, higher exchange and preferred shares discussion.. Enter Dawson James..

The other is open ended, common shares, looking for potential M&A intro.. Facilitating the clinic openings, etc.. Enter Dinosaur.

I have seen many dual ticker trades facilitate huge runs..

Probably why nobody gave a shit for SVFC stock/shareholders/structure.. Until now they all load up.

A spin out for the INDs would make a ton of sense and TD current mrkt cap of SVFC would not matter to financiers...

Didn't someone say Dawson James have appraisal done??? Why ?
