If she did it, I honestly don't know why she did it. Could it have been an error? Why hasn't she been charged with a crime over two years later?

I am very skeptical about what a lot of people here post. They come up with crazy scenarios, or just throw things out there as fact, and we're suppose to believe it?

The PPHM BOD is absolutely gross. I am hoping that bavi and Garnick can overcome them, although I get more and more skeptical about that every day as the pps sinks. Imagine a company almost a year into pIII, with a wonder drug, and a mc of about $250m. Doesn't seem to add up. So we have an unknown entity or group controlling 56% and keeping the pps down. If true, which it is not, that doesn't give me the warm fuzzies. Everyone wants to partner with us, but our pps continues to sink. Yikes. We have had three previous trials messed with in some way, but we don't need a partner for this one. This one will be fine.
