Not a massive deal here but I just spoke to the listing broker for 20750 Civic Center Dr, Southfield, MI, 48076.

Suite 418 encompasses the ENTIRE 4th floor of the business complex and is currently under a multiple year lease. She informed me that it is subleased to multiple businesses as the floor is composed of several offices in one.

She explained to me it was originally laid out for a major law firm with several private offices, 3 conference rooms, a lounge, reception area, etc. the firm decided to use a different location and this floor plan worked to be sub divided by an individual lease holder.

Pretty simple and there's still a legal group at 418 too.

So basically one floor (suite 418) a small handful of "private" offices. Great for smaller businesses that prefer some privacy over the local coffee shop table.
