In the shorter term, the O/S is low for a subpenny stock, but it has been substantially increased since Rev Split early October, and it will be heavily diluted more in coming months. Enjoy the lower O/S while it lasts. People tend to over emphasize the O/S as low on these stocks & exclude the scenario of a constant daily increase of the O/S.
That said, in thew short term, a good chance for a decent pop from these levels under .001 if the company can also get some decent news released.
