I noticed a bit of conversation happening over at iHub about bilingualism (I assume as a result of our earlier French tweet from La Presse).

We do in fact have dedicated French speaking staff in our Care team to assist our francophone customers, as well as bilingual staff available in most departments. In addition, we have a small French portal of our website (www.tweed.com/pages/page-francais ).
