If you want to restore credibility to the company or new management then start doing something (anything) that shows the world that you can do something (anything) right…like filing your production reports on the leases that you operate in Texas. Geez, if you can’t even do that simple task then how can we think that you can do anything right?
If you could do just one thing right then someone out here might say “at least he is doing that”. But no, every day that goes by you are getting deeper and deeper in a hole. How about filing an 8k on you coming to rescue Treaty, how about keeping your own company current with the TX corporation commission, how about filing production reports? All of those things could be done in 1 day and you can’t even do that. That is why we think you are just full of it. Do something, anything…give us something.
As you know (and probably observed) Thanksgiving was on October 13 (for you Canadians). Are you trying to double up on days off?
In the last "update" you were quoted as saying:
"Treaty has secured its first part of financing which will come into the company on or before November 17, 2014."
That was not written as opinion or some deadline, it was written as fact so just stop with the excuses of why you can’t do something (anything), just get it done.
