Ahhh, nobody ever justifys why the current price of a stock is where it is, the "market" sets that, but they do have to justify what they pay for something else.

IMHO, the $1.38 is part manipulation, part disbelief of the technology, and part restrictions of funds for investing in stocks of this price. It can easily stay at this level for a long time until something gives. The only piece of those three parts (IMHO) that "can" change is the disbelief, and that comes with hard data. Again, that's why the collaborations are so important, but the big prize is the SUNRISE trial.
