Of course they're involved with SLTD because they were legacy investors in Machinetalker, and it explains the large position they still have in SLTD. You probably also didn't know that SLTD's legal council and director Mark Richardson was also a director of the failed Machinewalker. I don't know this for sure but I'd bet after Machinewalker failed, Mr. Richardson shopped the failed Machinewalker shell and found a buyer in Jim Nelson. And Richardson stayed on in the new company SLTD and that's the genesis of how it all came about, and Mr. Ruchardson still had a gig with the new company SLTD. Now for all the insiders, family and friends, isn't that how it went down?
