thats just the beginning: 16OCT2013
1time airline (T6, Johannesburg O.R. Tambo) is now well into its liquidation proceedings after Aviwe Ndyamara, the airline's chief liquidator, confirmed that the final order to liquidate 1time Airline was granted on October 3. According to TourismUpdate, the defunct LCC's licences have now been terminated and liquidators are now waiting for the Master of the High Court to schedule a meeting with creditors regarding any outstanding claims. Meanwhile, PAK Africa Aviation is still awaiting a ruling by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) regarding its planned purchase of the 1Time name and brand. Pak Africa Director, Tabassum Abdul Qadir, said that a final decision is expected month end with the airline's joint venture with Central Air Transport Services (ZO, Harare Int'l) in Zimbabwe, dubbed 1time Zimbabwe (Harare Int'l), on course to launch, in December instead of October as previously anticipated. He noted that leases and all contractual obligations linked to launching the airline are also in the final phases. The South African Department of Transportation, has however warned that PAK had yet to provide the Air Services Licencing Council with proof of a consumer guarantee, needed to secure a domestic operator's license.

Once PAK Africa finalizes the acquisition of the defunct 1time Airline ,

JNB 1time will launch

HRE 1time is also in the final phases to launch.

Both show up with status of start up (1 time JNB says restarting because 1time is being bought out by PAK)http://www.ch-aviation.com/portal/airlines/quick?phrase=1time

PAK Africa owns 1time and also acquired a large percentage of Global Aviation Operations. and is not done:

1time is still in the process of launching, but when they do its conceivable Global will be utilized.

Global works with Fuel Stream. I imagine this will continue through the launch of 1time.

1time imo, will apply for ISL.

*Once ISL approved, we will see the long awaited flights to the states return, with Fuel Stream at the helm as for fuel uplifts and possibly grounds ops as well.

*this process requires a lot of work with the FAA. FAA=long process.
