I listened to the section in the Q and A several times and he specifically says that they are excited to announce the trial with a partner. Also, they have everything lined up for the trial starting in December.

I just thought of something in that the partner has a say in when the partnership gets announced as well. Whoever it is agrees with the timing as well. As posted before, if its Merck, Daud is presenting this weekend for them on Melanoma (I've posted the link before) and Merck is presenting on Melanoma and Melanoma Bridge. Therefore, Punit can't say anything and has to be really vague now which of course we all read into.

I find it very interesting that ONCS' monotherapy phase II study is in the combination category for Melanoma Bridge. Announcement?
