Well technically Punch was making progress and looked to be going somewhere when Collins was there. Then after we all found out that Steve lied to Collins and was refusing to pay him it was all down hill from there. Collins tore apart all of his hard work and dealt with Steves lies and went on to try to fix what Steve ruined on his own. I gotta give credit to Collins for how quickly he was putting Punch out there. If Steve wasnt an idiot we all probably would have seen some success here with Collins.
