Exactly. There is no connection between the LLC and the stock. The LLC owns everything, the stock is an empty shell that owns NONE of the LLC, brand or product. 
Competing is intense among humans, and within a group, selfish individuals always win. But in contests between groups, groups of altruists always beat groups of selfish individuals.
