So as I stated earlier and a some other people, we can no longer buy or sell GEIG shares with our brokers. Just like some of the people here, I use Scottrade as well. I finally got a message back from them because of the "Please contact your Scottrade broker for more details" when trying to buy or sell, I got the following message.

I would assume from this, GEIG probably fell under "lack of a ready market".
