I agree with Woods on this one, and happy to see that Jeter started up the Players Tribune. Everyone in Sports knows that the writers have a job to do. But, why the writers think that they are inherently entitled to an athlete's time is beyond me. I know in MLB, the NFL and NBA there are clauses in almost everyone's contract that they must cooperate with the Press to a certain degree. I don't think Golf has anything like that. And I absolutely guarantee you, if the contracts didn't mandate it, 95% of those in MLB, the NFL and the NBA wouldn't speak to reporters either.
