It is interesting that the 10Q was released at the same time the insiders sold but yet there was no earnings PR. They lost a lot of money from Tuesday thru Friday last week by selling in that manner. There has been talk in the past about JN's share sales being automatic and tied to some trust. I can't substantiate this. Were you able to?

That whole situation leaves me scratching my head. Why not issue a PR with the 10Q? Why not explain why the Q3 Revs were less than Q2. Why not toot your horn?
