I dont think I ever said A SINGLE BP owns 56% illegally.

BUT a group of people, maybe even in excess of 20, have had information shared between them that it would be a "good idea" if they each bought 3 or 4 million shares of PPHM.

I don't even see anything illegal about it unless you could dig up some paperwork that doesn't exist.

Actually I believe it would be very stupid if "they" didn't do it.
