Charts, technicals and moderate dilution withstanding, when one looks at this stock and the positive news that came out more than once, add that the company is making money, then add that there is much more that will be made by spring - - - I'm of the belief that this stock isn't rising steadily for one reason:

. . . because someone with authority doesn't want it to. VGPR is in much better shape today than when it topped above a penny back in April.

Such is the insidious power of manipulation.
