Wisdom [or stupidity] to share. Invested $40K in a similar stock 5 years ago {sounds like cat, ends in x], and watched it grow to $100K plus. The company was giving out 1 free share of an of shoot company for every 3 shares I owned, but you could not sell your existing shares for 1 year. Sounded great at the time. The entire investment is now worth couple grand. I have sold half of my shares of LBSR twice during the peaks, but have always reinvested all the money back in to build a nice account.
