whatever...i dont care if they file or not...i dont even know if management is even capable of such a task..all i wanna know is what is the share structure for svfc...management of svfc doesnt even know. so if dont file...then they are a non-current pink sheet stock...they they go caveot emptor...with a big stop sign warning...because management doest know jack about running a company.
