It's the fact that he is selling. Why is this so hard to understand. You guys claim it's normal for an insider to sell. Sure it is, after they developed the company. It's not really normal to be selling at this stage of development. A ceo that cares about his baby, will leave the stocks in the company as a sign that he believes it will grow into a mature adult. If the stock becomes a teenager, they will usually sell some before it becomes a mature adult, but def not sell when it's still a baby. The point of leaving the stocks in the company are for two reasons. To have skin in the game (meaning you want to avoid bankruptcy at all costs) and to also help grow the company (this is the most important reason for insiders to not sell). It's so hard to get capital for these penny stocks, and we are sitting here rewarding the insiders like they are some gods. That money can help grow this company so much faster if it is left in the company. If the ceo is expecting 100 million revnue for next year, why in the world is he selling every share. That's a hard question to figure out. If you truly love the company, leave the capital in the company and let it GROW!!!
