I spoke to Bolduc and he stands by what was said on the conference call. He has the contract in front of him, not us. He said he will enquire as to what the $21M represents. I am inclined to agree that it represents the roughly 560 units TSA was planning to buy in Fiscal 2014 as they noted in certain documents posted here previously. At this point, it doesn't really matter. IMSC has the full faith of the US Government and a multi-million dollar, open-ended contract to prove it. I don't see any TSA contracts, or IDIQ's for that matter, for Smiths or Morpho. That says a lot.
