The big guys have to feast. For those that wait because they fear a drop in the PPS will not be there to join the buffet until the price is over 50 cents or higher. Then you wait for the PPS to adjust lower but...sometimes it just move up again and again now you are priced out. NOT saying that is happening here. Just sayin. Best to do your DD and have a long horizon.
